Timezone Change

Can anyone tell me how to change my time zone somehow I must have put in the wrong time zone now my tourneys times are all goofed up. I have had to fix this before but it was a few yrs ago and now I cant find it anywhere. Any help would be appreciated since emailing support didn't help a bit.
