Since our Risk II Ladder heard the news around 12/1/05 of the Zone closing around 1/30/06, our Cases Management and LadderOp Team has been hard at work...unfortunately their definition of hard at work is differant than most others.

Our Last Tourney held by our Tourney Director was on 10/22/05...greaaat....looking forward to our next tourney...next October ?...
On a personal note, our Op Team are great individuals, however, on a business note, I think a failing grade over the past couple months for effort and communication is deserved, especially when we needed them most. Maybe they are just burnt out from babysitting us...which is somewhat understandable, however, part of the position.
After "doing the math" and it doesnt take a genuis to see that Cases Management appears to be happy that Risk 2 Ladder will be obsolete...at least Classic.
Hat's Off to those Risk players that have been investing much time into a new home, since all know that GameSpy should have never been an option, although it was an option for Case's in order to watch the Classic Ladder die...maybe it is their idea of entertainment.
Over the last couple months, there has been ZERO detail communication of Case's efforts (if any) of research for a home for our ladder. A decision was made without any opportunity for feedback from players of the new GameSpy home which only offers SameTime...geee...what a shocker.
In summary, a grade for the following...the efforts made by Cases and our Op Team to find us a new/acceptable home...FAIL....the communication regarding research...FAIL...I voluntarily left the Op Program (after I invested many hours of Op Training) because I was embarrassed of how Case's and Op Management was treating our Risk II Ladder...all the above info and facts confirms my action. Amen.
