Leave the rule alone. It was fairly voted in, and is not the fault of the people voting for it.
Granted, if more people had voted, perhaps it would have failed, but no one was interested until it passed and they couldn't do it anymore. Now, the crybabies want it changed...even though they didn't vote when they had the opportunity.
