As an angel without a team to play on any more, I was scrolling the recent stats and noticed that one team has been involved in almost 2/3 of all games, and that only about 4 teams seem to play on any regular basis.

While this is the kind of activity and effort that it takes to keep this (or any other ladder) alive during hard times, it will take more than the efforts of a few teams to make the ladder alive again. We need to find a way to make other teams want to join AND STAY FOR LONGER THAN A FEW WEEKS (OR GAMES).

I know that my team got disillusioned due to difficulty in getting our members together to play, and finding games whenever we were able to. Sure there were teams that were usually around, but quite often there were not a lot of teams present, and all were involved in games.

I am still of mind that this ladder can work, and should be a great place to play, but I have no idea how it can be done. I hope that things can find a way to improve before it is too late.
