Season's Greetings!

With the holiday season fast approaching - (too fast for those of us who haven't even started shopping!) - we wanted to drop a line to let you know of any changes to our Customer Support "regularly scheduled programming" due to holiday happenings.

The Case's Ladder offices will close at noon pacific time on Christmas Eve. We will also be closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day.

We also have several members of our Customer Support Staff taking well-deserved vacation over the holiday season, so please accept our apologies in advance for any delays you might experience over the next few weeks when submitting your support requests.

We will make every effort to stay on top of things, but ask for your patience in the event that our best efforts fall short of your expectations!

Our regular business hours for Live Customer Support as well as our Telephone Support Line remain 9-5, Monday through Friday, with Live Support also being manned 4 hours each on Saturday and Sunday.
