with Ten Teams and 53 players within those ten teams, it seems that maybe a team game or two wouldn't be to much to ask. Unfortunately that is not always the case.

Again,53 players and with a rule of thumb being 25% of those players (13.5) may be "active" players which may be here each night providing "real life" allows them to be. That is still only a few players each evening. So sometimes life is going to prevent some of those 13.5 players to be available each and every night.

The truth is, We need more players whether part-time, full-time, every now and then players, beginners, seasoned...ALL PLAYERS to get to a point where there are more than one or two games a night available to play.

Spread the word to everyone you play gin with during the day invite them to come check out teams. Invite players to watch your team play if they don't understand the team concept.

One LadderOp can't do it alone. It takes ALL MEMBERS to make a ladder a success.

I do have a 40+ hour a week real job and being a LadderOp is a Volunteer job. I have recently taken a LOA due to work related issues.

I would love some help and have posted in the forum asking for players to volunteer for TD and LadderOp positions... that invitation still stands.
