I have seen several instances where the staff members who receive the mail that is sent to rules@igl.net WORK WITH the Ops/HeadOps for the ladder that the rules concern, to get them worded correctly and placed up for vote. If the "guy" (Rick) who added them was so concerned about you being circumvented, he could have discussed it with you or forwarded the mail to you to handle. Obviously, he was not worried about it or he wouldn't have just gone right ahead and done this without asking you. I certainly did not force him to do that.

obviously ur not paying attention, ricky was very unhappy when he found out i was bypassed on this, he is complaining to the srstaff for not telling him i was an op here...he then gave me the option of pulling the votes down, i chose not to at that time since i wanted someone elses opinion on these votes. so anyway...u said u've seen several instances where rules staff have discussed it with ops/headops, that only reinforces what i'm saying about going thru me since if poobear wasnt fooled into thinking there was no op on this ladder, he would have asked me about this first.

: Lastly, don't say things like "this better not happen again" to your members in the public forum; it's inappropriate :)
