If one player was clearly losing at the time of disconnect then that person should be a good sport and report the loss.
This is the type of game that you could be down 4 ships to 0 and still come back to win, its hard to have a 'clear' winner unless someone actually knows where all 5 ships are and has hits on them all.
If there was no clear winner at that point in the match and it is not a game that allows you to continue then a rematch would be suggested
As long as people dont exploit this then i dont see the problem, half the players here are either ops or tds from other ladders so we should all be mature enough to make the right decision.
Of course neither of those 2 rules would come into effect until after the 7 min d/c time is up.
