Where to Play - Top

The games are played at different gaming services (such as Case’s Ladder Online, Yahoo! Games, MSN Gaming Zone, Pogo, etc.) depending on which Ladder or League you join. The exact location of where Ladder matches and/or Tournaments are played is usually located on the main page or the “Rules” section of each individual Ladder or League. If you don’t find the information there, use the “Contact Us” link on the left-hand side menu to find the answer from the staff of the Ladder or League.

Finding Opponents - Top

The best way to find an opponent is to announce in the chat room or lobby that you are interested in playing a Ladder match. You will notice other members doing the same. If you are having a hard time finding an opponent, use the "Contact Us" link or ask other members for advice.

Reporting the Match - Top

Once your match is completed, the loser of the match is responsible for reporting the loss immediately. You can report your matches using the "Report Loss" link located on the left-hand side menu of your Ladder or League's main page. If you have any problems reporting a loss, you should use the "Contact Us" link immediately to request assistance.
